Brand New Aus Turbo by 351 Automotive Solutions OEM standard CHRA suit Garrett Turbo GT3582R. (Ball bearing turbo)

The bearing housing is a brand new upgraded aftermarket type, it's stronger then the original & the oil feed holes are slightly larger for better oil flow & less chance of oil starvation.

This Turbo CHRA suits Ford Falcon BA BF XR6 turbo, F6 Typhoon, Ford Territory.

(This CHRA will not fit vehicles with the smaller GT3576R such as FG XR6 turbo, it will fit FG if it's a F6 Typhoon only)

This is a standard CHRA for the Garrett GT3582R turbo with 6x6 blade cast compressor wheel with 10 impeller turbine.

You have a choice of brass cages or peak cages.

Ceramic ball bearings are used for more durability & slightly faster spool

(Proven to be better then steel, Garrett run Ceramic in their later model high end GTX Turbos) built to last!

Aus Turbo CHRA parts fitted:

-New high quality Ceramic ball bearing cartridge with

-brass cages (or Peek).

-New rings (Upgraded Stepped back)

-New seals

-New heat shield

-New back seal plate

-New 6x6 compressor wheel.

-New 10 blade turbine wheel

-New Upgraded High flow oil restrictor

-New upgraded core bearing housing

-VSR balanced


This Aus Turbo CHRA Feels nice & firm like a brand new Garrett turbocharger is meant to feel, spins nice & free.

Professionally built, All work carried out by qualified Australian mechanic with well over 20 years experience. 

These AUS Turbo CHRA's are all hand built in Australia & only the highest quality parts have been used.


Please note: I have seen a number of XR6 Turbo failures due to heat as the factory garrett turbos run plastic bearing cages and steel balls, most I have seen are melted or broken on the hot side, the brass bearing cages alone are an upgrade and the ceramic balls take a lot more heat. In some other cases failures are due to lack of lubrication, lack of oil changes which causes sludge build up. Factory oil feed line must be replaced, it's recommended to fit a braided type with a filtration device. There is a little filter/strainer on the oil pressure switch side of feed line that needs to be removed or replaced also.

Terms and conditions of warranty.

Vehicle must be serviced every 5000km to 10,000km

or 6 months. proof of service will need to be provided.

A good quality full synthetic oil must be used such as

Penrite 5w-40.


Warranty does not cover abuse, oil starvation or sludge build up in engine!

You must check that there is adequate oil supply & a new braided oil line with a filtration device must be fitted, no exceptions! Replacement part warranty only.

Warranty will not cover labour or any other cost incurred. The CHRA will need to be sent back to us for inspection before accepting liability for warranty.

Free local pick up in western sydney or can post Australia wide.
